Ashley is a certified postpartum doula and a mother of three located near Strathmore, AB. She is passionate about caring for families in the postpartum period, providing support in many areas including planning and preparing for postpartum life, breastfeeding, pre and post natal meal preparation, learning to set boundaries and preparing your home and family for baby's arrival. She has years of experience working with children with disabilities. Ashley fiercely believes in protecting and advocating for the mental health of new mothers and is excited to help nurture you through your postpartum journey with grace, honesty and kindness.
