Service Description

This package is tailored for getting you prepared and settled into the next phase of life - parenthood! We will complete the in-depth Postpartum Plan together as step 1. Step 2 and 3 will include filling the freezer and discuss (or complete) making your space serve you in the most functional way for postpartum recovery and easement! Ideally, your 15 hours of support would be utilized during the first 1-2 weeks while I , your doula, help you feel settled in your new roles while providing you with opportunity for rest and recovery. Price does NOT include cost of groceries.
